Hillel Leadership Council

The Berkeley Hillel Leadership Council is a group of students dedicated to upholding Hillel’s relationship-based community. HLC members meet as a cohort six times throughout the semester, and focus on engagement efforts through one-on-one connections and program initiatives. Representatives of the HLC support the larger community and help create a sense of belonging for the peers in the Jewish community. By participating in the HLC, students receive leadership development, mentorship from alumni, and a unique cohort experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Share your voice as leaders in the community
  • Meet six times this semester: August 28, September 11, September 25, October 9, October 30, November 13. All meetings are from 6:30-8pm. Additional final event on December 4th is optional but highly encouraged!

  • Advertise and invite peers to Hillel programs and events
  • Support HSB with program initiatives
