Josh Feldman advises and represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of employment matters arising under state and federal law. He has extensive experience defending management in litigation. Joshua also frequently advises employers on the multitude of issues that arise under the employment relationship. Prior to joining Littler in 2005, Joshua’s practice included complex construction, real estate and business litigation matters, with experience in federal, state, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Josh is also a parent of a current 1st-year Jewish student involved in Jewish life at Hillel.
